The Rainbow Faith Ministries was started by Major (Rtd) Humphrey Nguma through an inspiration of the seventh Day Adventist Quartery teaching and has since been in operation and registered.

Rainbow is committed to making known  the Splender of God's Glory.

A brief of Rainbow story is explained-

THE SPLENDER OF GOD’S GLORY

 

QUESTION:      What is Rainbow?

 

ANSWER:           GOD’S UNFATHOMABLE LOVE.

 

 

He doesn’t ignore it………….whenever He sees it He remembers his covenant with his children.

According to Genesis 9:12-16 God was disappointed by His strange act of destroying the world with the flood but sin had to be eliminated (slowed down) to give ample time to the universe to understand the design of Satan and his aspiration as regards coveting the throne of God (see Ezekiel 28:11-17) because of His nature, God will surely do nothing without revealing it (his secrets) to his servants the prophets, Amos 3:7. Throughout history God has tried to reach us through signs, wonders, dreams and visions (Heb 1:1) through his appointed servants but we have been mute and impervious to his wise words of counsel thereby exposing ourselves to disaster and calamities. God has no desire for any soul to perish (Ezekiel 33:11).

Mans heart is ever sinful and we have grieved God continuously since the fall in the garden of Eden. God has struggled with Man from generation to generation trying to reconcile unto himself but we have made him suffer throughout. In His immense love, He determined to send his only begotten son, JESUS CHRIST, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16.

The sad thing is that when Jesus came to earth we did not relate him with his “Mission” although it was already with us in the prophetic books of the Old Testament. We ruthlessly accused him and hurriedly condemned him unto the cross and there he died (FOR OUR SINS). But since God was in Christ reconciling the world unto himself, death could not hold him down; on the third day after being delivered unto the powers of darkness He rose as conqueror, prince of prince and lord of lords. For forty days, He was with us and taught many things thereby strengthening our faith, Acts 10:38. Then He ascended into heaven where he is preparing a place for us, John: 14:1-4, Acts 1: 9-11.

 

 

What is FAITH?

Dictionary Explanation;

Ãœ        Trust in somebody’s ability or knowledge.

Ãœ        Trust that somebody or something will do what has been promised.

Ãœ        Strong Religious belief.

Ãœ        The intention to do something right. (Ref. Oxford Advanced Learners Dictionary, Sixth Edition).

 

Biblical Exposition:

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen”. For by it the Elders obtained a good testimony. (Hebrews 11:1, 2) But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. (Heb 11:6) So then, faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. (Rom 10:17).

 

What relationship has Faith to do with Rainbow?

Ãœ        Confidence building

Ãœ        Hope in God’s promises.

Ãœ        Faith of Our Fathers

Ø         Based on observation of God’s signs

Ø         Strengthening of our belief and hope in the promises of God.

Ø         A constant reminder of God’s love for His creation and His desire to co-exist with them eternally.

Ø         The promise of total provision, protection and prosperity in Him and through Him as divinely appointed.

 

Our forefathers believed, trusted and waited on the lord. In the fullness of time, He delivered them (out of Egypt) etc etc. He restored them back into the promised Land – Canaan (Exodus 13. He sent the Messiah (Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ) and through this same belief, we have this “HOPE” that Jesus is Coming Back SOON AND VERY SOON, to take us home – AMEN.

 

O what a joy… what a longing and expectation of His Soon Return. We have trusted in Him before and He has seen “FAITHFUL” and “JUST” to His promises and NOTHING shall separate us from the LOVE of our GOD which is CENTRED in JESUS CHRIST.

 

We therefore have this FAITH:

Ãœ        Christ died for our sins.

Ãœ        Christ rose to prepare a place for us in His Kingdom.

Ãœ        Christ is coming back to take us home with Him.

Ãœ        And so shall we be with Him forever and forever – AMEN.

 

 

So then when is JESUS COMING BACK?

 

As it was in the days of Noah …… (see Gen 6) so it is even today – everywhere in the world.

 

ATIME OF TROUBLE – SUCH AS NEVER WAS

And at that time shall Michael - STAND UP, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time the people shall be delivered, everyone that shall be found written in the book (Daniel 12:1)

 

What is the meaning of all these?

 

Ãœ                 Third Angel’s message closes (Rev 14:9 – 12)

Ãœ                 Mercy no longer pleads for the guilty inhabitants of the earth (Rev 22:11 - 13)

Ãœ                 God’s people have received the “latter rain, the…….refreshing…….from the presence of the Lord,” and they are prepared for the trying hour before them. (Joel 2:28 - 29)

Ãœ                 Angels are hastening to and from in heaven. An Angel returning from the earth announces that his work is done. (Rev 18:1 - 5)

Ãœ                 The loyal to the Devine precepts have received “the seal of the living God”. Then Jesus ceases his intercession in the sanctuary above Rev 15:8. He lifts his hands and with a loud voice says “IT IS DONE”. (Rev 7:1 – 4, Rev 22:11).

Ãœ                 Darkness covers the inhabitants of the earth (Amos 5:8-20, Amos 8:9, Isaiah 13:10).

Ãœ                 The restrain which has been upon the wicked is removed and Satan has entire control of the final impenitent. (Rev 20:8)

 

God’s long suffering has ended. The world has rejected his mercy, despite his love and trampled upon his law. The wicked have passed the boundary of their probation; the spirit of God, persistently resisted, has been at last withdrawn. Unsheltered by the Devine grace they have no protection from the wicked one. Satan will then plunge the inhabitants of the earth into one great, final trouble. All the elements of strife will be let loose. The whole world will be involved in ruin more terrible than that which came upon Jerusalem of Old.

 

What shall we do?

 

Now is the time, while the four Angles are holding the four winds of strife; to make our calling and election sure. (Rev 7:1 - 4)

 

 

ANGELIC PROTECTION IN THE TIME OF TROUBLE

 

Come, my people enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors above thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment until the indignation be over past. Isaiah 26:20.

What are the chambers in which they are to hide? They are the protection of Christ and holy Angles. The people of God are not at this time all in one place. They are in different companies and in all parts of the earth.

In vision, “says E.G.W”, I saw the saints leaving the cities and villages, and associating together in companies, and living in the most solitary places. Angels provided them with food and water, while the wicked were suffering from hanger and thirst.

In the closing period of earths history the Lord will work mightily on behalf of those who steadfastly for the right. (Dan 12:1). Satan with all the hosts of evil cannot destroy the weakest of God’s saints. Angels that excel in strength will protect them and on their behalf Jehovah will reveal himself as a “God of gods” able to save the uttermost those who have put their trust in him.

 

 

GOD’S PEOPLE DELIVERED

 

Thus saith the Lord, even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children. Isaiah 49:25

 

When the protection of human laws shall be withdrawn from those who honor the Law of God, there will be, in different lands, a simultaneous movement for their destruction.  As the time appointed in the decree draws near, the people will conspire to root out the hated sect. It will be determined to strike in one night a decisive blow, which shall utterly silence the voice of dissent and reproof.

 

The people of God – some in prison cells, some hidden in solitary retreats in the forests and the mountains – still plead for divine protection, while in every quarter companies of armed men, urged on by hosts of evil angels, are preparing for the work of death.  It is now, in the hour of utmost extremity, that the God of Israel will interpose for the deliverance of this chosen people. (Isaiah 13:10, Rev 6:12)

 

With shouts of triumph, jeering, and imprecation, throngs of evil men are about to rush upon their prey, when, Lo, A DARK BLACKNESS, deeper than the darkness of the night, falls upon the earth. 

 

Then A RAINBOW, shining with the glory from the throne of God, spans the heavens and seems to circle each praying company.  The angry multitudes are suddenly arrested.  Their mocking cries die away.  The objects of their murderous rage are forgotten.  With fearful forebodings they gaze upon the SYMBOL OF GOD’S COVENANT and long to be shielded from ITS OVERPOWERING BRIGHTNESS.

 

 

CELEBRATION BEGINS

 

By the people of God a voice, clear and melodies, is heard saying, “LOOK UP”, and lifting their eyes to the heavens, they behold the BOW OF PROMISE. The black, angry clouds that covered the firmament are parted, and like Stephen they look up steadfastly into heaven and see the GLORY OF GOD AND THE SON OF MAN seated upon HIS THRONE.

 

When the entire world is plunged in darkness, there will be light in every dwelling of the saints.   THEY WILL CATCH THE FIRST LIGHT OF HIS SECOND APPEARING.

 

 

SO THEN – HAVE WE UNDERSTOOD WHAT “RAINBOW” IS ALL ABOUT?

 

Rainbow is the VISIBLE MANIFESTED GLORY OF GOD.  Its colour and BEAUTY is so mystifying that NO EYE CAN IGNORE IT.  GOD HIMSELF DOES NOT IGNORE IT........ IT IS LIKE LOOKING INTO A MIRROR.  When God looks at the RAINBOW, HE SEES A PART OF HIMSELF – HIS GLORY – and REMEMBERS HIS COVENANT with NOAH – never ever to destroy the Earth with floods and He is HAPPY FOR THE PROMISE OF INHERITANCE – ETERNAL.

 

Review and Herald January 1, 1889: The one who has stood as our Intercessor; who hears all penitential prayers and confessions; who is represented with a Rainbow, the symbol of grace and love, encircling His head, is soon to cease His work in the heavenly sanctuary. Grace and mercy will then descend from the throne, and justice will take their place.  He for whom His people have looked will assume His right – the office of Supreme Judge.

WHAT HAVE WE DISCOVERED?

 

Ãœ                 God’s No. 1 Enemy is a Spiritual Being – called Satan.

Ãœ                 He once lived in heaven (Isaiah 14:12 - 13)

Ãœ                 He was the commander of the heavenly HOSTS (Ezekiel 28:13)

Ãœ                 He excelled in wisdom understanding and strength.

Ãœ                 He became SELF-CONCEITED and was THROWN OUT OF heaven for INTRODUCTION DISCORD in the KINGDOM OF GOD and failing to remain within the confines of his allocated duties.  Ezekiel 28:12-19; 1 Cor 7:24, Luke 10:18

Ãœ                 He landed Planet Earth and a curse was pronounced on the inhabitants of earth. Genesis 3:15

Ãœ                 He has caused a lot of destruction and loss of lives – ETERNAL

Ø     The FLOODS OF NOAH

Ø     SODOM and GOMORAH

Ø     Etc etc as found in the Holy Bible

Ãœ                 His plan is to destroy the whole world – if that were possible.

 

What then is RainBow Faith Ministry doing about this?

 

Ãœ                 We want to share with you the GIFT of God’s GRACE, LOVE and MERCIES that lead all unto Him – “The SOURCE” – and gain an INHERITANCE of ETERNAL LIFE.

 

 

HOW DO WE DO THIS?

 

God Has Always Warned of Coming Judgments:

 

God has always given men warnings of coming judgements. Those who had faith in His message for their time, and who acted out their faith in obedience to His commandments, escaped the judgements  that fell upon the disobedient and unbelieving.

                       

The word came to Noah, “Come thou and all thy house into the arc; for thee have I seen righteous before me.” Noah obeyed and was saved. The message came to Lot, “Up, get you out of this place; for the Lord will destroy this city.” (Gen 7:1,19:14). Lot placed himself under the guardianship of the heavenly messengers and was saved. So Christ’s disciples were given warning of the destruction of Jerusalem. Those who watched for the sign of the coming ruin, and fled from the city, escaped the destruction. So now we are given warning of Christ’s second coming and of the destruction to fall upon the world.  Those WHO heed the warning WILL BE SAVED).

 

Ãœ                 Just come to our meetings

Ãœ                 God will be there ministering to us, Isaiah 1:18. This is where we begin.

Ãœ                 We shall walk with you to the foot of the CROSS of CALVARY and all your burdens will be laid down there – at the feet of JESUS. Matt:11-28

Ãœ                 With limps of Joy and shouting, you will then join the Rain Bow Family Team in declaring.

Ãœ                 YES IT IS POSSIBLE

Ãœ                 I CAN DO EVERYTHING THROUGH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS ME

            Phil 4:13

Ãœ                 Start living in heaven here in earth as you WALK DAILY WITH THE LORD Just like Adam did in the garden before the fall

 

 

Or ENOCH did for 300years and God took him away unto himself.
